The Everett is a 1,797 square foot two-story home with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a three-car garage. North Ridge real estate agent Marty Lewis describes the Everett as “the most popular plan we have, bar none.”

Lewis says Everett’s model caters to all demographics, from growing families to empty nests. The house proved to be a must-see during this summer’s Parade of Houses, blowing people away with its inviting layout and glamorous decor.

Luxe gold accents, including antique gold fixtures and brushed gold cabinet hardware, make a bold statement and enhance the home’s interior. Generous touches of gold add warmth to the home’s cool white and gray color palette.

Golden accents are tempered by durable, family-friendly finishes. Lewis cites an example in the luxury vinyl plank flooring that spans the entire main floor. “It looks great, but it’s very durable and will stand up to kids and pets. “

At the heart of the open concept main floor is the sleek kitchen, dressed in white Shaker-style cabinetry, complemented by quartz countertops and decorative floating shelves. The glossy gray subway tile backsplash extends all the way to the top of the nine foot ceiling, making the kitchen easy to clean.

Additional storage is close at hand in the adjacent pantry, lined with shelving. “In some of our custom builds, we’ve added lower cabinets to create a butler’s pantry,” says Lewis.

The pantry leads to a large mud room, with a custom L-shaped bench and storage lockers. “You can bring your groceries from the garage to the mud room and straight into the pantry,” says Lewis.

A popular feature of Everett is the large bonus space on the second floor, Lewis says. “It’s a big enough space that you can set up your furniture and TV in a number of different ways. With windows on multiple walls, you have natural light entering all day long.

The owner’s suite is a haven of relaxation. The spacious bedroom can easily accommodate a king-size bed, with plenty of room to spare. The sleek en-suite bathroom features a quartz vanity with two built-in sinks and a large walk-in shower with bench seat. Subway tiles surround the glass-enclosed shower, extending to the ceiling and behind the toilet. The custom-made dressing room adjoins the bathroom, separated by a space-saving retractable door.

Also on this floor are two large children’s bedrooms, a full bathroom and a well-equipped laundry room.

If the Everett’s sleek vibe and functional layout aren’t enough to impress, the home’s three-car garage often seals the deal for buyers, Lewis says. An additional overhead door can be located at the back of the garage, providing direct access to the side yard, ideal for parking a boat, snowmobile or ATV.

The Everett features a trendy farmhouse exterior elevation for great curb appeal, one of two farmhouse elevations they completed in 2021, Lewis says. “Durable materials like HardieTrim panels and vinyl siding mean all you need for exterior maintenance is a garden hose. “

Lewis is also quick to point out the energy efficiency of the house. Thanks to a premium insulated building envelope and triple-glazed windows, the Everett achieves an EnerGuide rating of 19.2% below the average benchmark for a home this size. “In addition to using LED lighting, this means significant savings in monthly energy costs,” says Lewis.

Lewis says North Ridge is currently building half a dozen Everett models in Rosewood, Brighton and Martensville.

North Ridge also offers a scaled-down version of Everett’s floor plan, measuring 1,625 square feet. “The two main floors are the same, but the smaller version doesn’t have an extra room. There is a two-car garage instead of a three-car garage, ”says Lewis. The smallest show house in Everett can be compared to 1348 Parr Hill Drive in Martensville.

Every new home built by North Ridge is backed by a third-party warranty through the Saskatchewan New Home Warranty Program, as well as the company’s award-winning Customer Service Warranty Program.

The Everett Show Home at 574 Burgess Crescent is open for viewing Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from noon to 5 p.m. Private tours can be booked by calling Marty Lewis at 306-221-1102. For more details, visit Northridge.sk.ca .
